GPTfy’s Cockpit is a one-stop shop for managing and maximizing AI within Salesforce!

Upon installing GPTfy for the first time, a setup link will appear in a pop-up on the cockpit. Clicking this link will guide users through the configuration process.

Users with a Pro license will see an ‘Upgrade to Enterprise’ option featured on tiles like AI Mass Processing, API Data Sources, and AI Flow. This indicates that these features require an upgraded license to function.

Prompt Catalog

Use the Catalog to simplify configuring and deploying prompts. AI Prompts automate tasks, boost productivity, and cut manual overhead, saving time and money. Users can access all prepackaged prompts here and categorize the newly created custom prompts.

ROI Dashboard

Visualize how AI automation saves money. Emphasize your AI investment’s profitable returns and its concrete advantages.

AI Insights Dashboard

Displays a report on the amount of time saved, enabling users to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and make data-driven decisions.

Quality Insights

Provide a clear overview of the feedback received on prompt responses. Understand which prompts are working or not working well.

AI Models

Connect to one or more AI models using a standards-based approach. You can pick the best AI model for each use case.

API Data Sources

Integrate additional data source into Salesforce. Combine diverse information sources to unlock insights, enrich data, and uncover revenue opportunities.

Data Context Mapping

Map data from Salesforce Objects (including External Objects) and related records. This allows information processed by the AI to be controlled and safeguarded.
