GPTfy - Salesforce Native AI Platform

Follow-ups Written. Instantly.

GPTfy reads opportunity activity, next steps, and objections from Salesforce to draft a stage-appropriate follow-up email in seconds — ready to send from Salesforce, Gmail, or Outlook.

Sales reps spend five or more minutes writing every follow-up email — GPTfy cuts that to seconds by generating a context-aware draft directly from Salesforce opportunity data, freeing reps to focus on closing.

Capabilities demonstrated

Context-Aware Email Generation

  • Pulls activity history, next steps, and customer objections directly from the Salesforce opportunity.
  • Produces a follow-up email appropriate for the current deal stage — not a generic template.
  • Includes detail like cost breakdowns when the conversation has progressed to that point.

Flexible Send Options

  • Click the Salesforce send email button to populate the body automatically, then paste the subject line.
  • Copy to clipboard and paste into Gmail, Outlook, or any external email client.

Rep Productivity Impact

  • Cuts the time to produce a follow-up email from several minutes to seconds.
  • Reps can redirect that saved time toward deal-closing conversations and pipeline management.

Use this video when

A rep finishes a discovery call and needs to send a follow-up email while the conversation is still fresh

A deal has been sitting without a response and the rep needs a re-engagement message that acknowledges the prior exchange

A manager wants their team to send faster, more consistent follow-ups without increasing administrative overhead

A rep is managing 30 active opportunities and cannot afford five minutes per email across the full pipeline

An account executive needs a follow-up that references a specific objection the customer raised in the last meeting

A team is approaching quarter-end with a spike in communication volume and needs to scale outreach without adding headcount

Frequently asked questions

GPTfy reads the opportunity's activity history, next steps recorded on the record, and any customer objections already logged in Salesforce. It uses all of this context to produce a follow-up email that is appropriate for the current deal stage — not a generic template that ignores what has already been discussed.

You have two options. You can click the send email button directly inside Salesforce and the draft populates the email body automatically, with the subject line ready to paste. Alternatively, you can copy the output to your clipboard and paste it into Gmail, Outlook, or any other email client you prefer.

Yes. The AI-generated draft is a starting point, not a final output. Reps can modify the tone, adjust specific details, or personalize the message before sending. The demo shows that the draft is detailed enough to be useful immediately but flexible enough to tailor to individual rep communication styles.

The demo highlights that writing a follow-up email from scratch typically takes at least five minutes — reading back through prior emails, recalling next steps, and figuring out the right angle for the current deal stage. GPTfy reduces that to seconds, freeing reps to focus on closing rather than writing.

Yes. The prompt is context-aware and generates an email appropriate for whatever stage the opportunity is currently in. Whether the deal is early-stage and needs discovery follow-through, or late-stage and needs a comprehensive cost breakdown addressed, the output reflects where the deal actually stands.

Use it immediately after a meeting or call when you need to send a follow-up quickly, when a deal has stalled and you need a re-engagement message, or when you are managing a large number of active opportunities and cannot afford to spend five or more minutes per email. It is especially useful at quarter-end when communication volume spikes.

Another interesting thing you can do with the contextual capabilities of AI is write a follow-up email for the opportunity. Now what this does is that it looks at the activity history as well as next steps and any objections that the customer might have, and it gives you a very nice contextual follow-up email. For the current stage you are in the opportunity, and now this is fairly detailed, like it talks about a comprehensive cost breakdown. So yeah, it's fairly detailed in what it puts in the follow-up email. Now what you can do here is click the send email button in Salesforce and it spits it right into the body of the email and you can just paste the subject line into the subject line. And right away, this gives the sales rep a very nice starting point for their email and they can modify this however they want to personalize the tone a little bit amongst other things. And yeah, because I don't know about you like, but it takes me at least five minutes to get to this point because I'm thinking about stuff like the proper things to say. But AI gives you a much nicer starting point, saving you just a lot of time that you normally spend writing these emails. And you can put that time into, you can expend that energy into helping close the deal rather than pondering over the proper words in the email. Now, let's say you don't wanna send this in Salesforce, but you wanna send this in Gmail or Outlook or wherever, and so you can just copy it to your clipboard and once again, it shoots it right into the body. And once again, this really just saves the time. The sales rep normally spends writing emails and they can just put that into so many more valuable things.
