GPTfy - Salesforce Native AI Platform

Read Any Document. Win More Deals.

GPTfy analyzes 10-Qs, RFPs, and financial filings attached to Salesforce records to surface revenue whitespace and deal-positioning signals in seconds.

Enterprise reps should spend their time selling, not reading 60-page quarterly filings. This demo shows how GPTfy distills prospect financial documents into actionable pitch intelligence — directly inside Salesforce.

Frequently asked questions

Whitespace analysis identifies revenue expansion opportunities by mapping a prospect's financial position and known gaps against what you sell. GPTfy automates this by processing documents attached to a Salesforce record — such as 10-Q filings, annual reports, or earnings summaries — and extracting signals relevant to your pitch. The AI returns structured insights so reps can walk into any meeting already knowing the customer's business context.

GPTfy's file analysis supports PDFs, Word documents, Excel files, CSVs, and text files. In the demo, a 14-page 10-Q quarterly statement is analyzed. The same workflow applies to annual reports, investor presentations, master service agreements, RFPs, and end-user licensing agreements.

The file is attached to the Salesforce record using native Salesforce Files. When the rep runs the prompt, GPTfy sends the file to the configured AI provider via Named Credentials — in this demo, Microsoft Azure. The LLM extracts the content, applies the prompt, and returns a structured summary directly into the Salesforce interface.

Yes. The demo notes that you can configure the analysis to run automatically when an opportunity is created or updated — so every rep walks into a discovery call with AI-generated account intelligence already populated in Salesforce, without having to trigger the analysis manually.

The demo shows the AI identifying premium trends, loss ratios, cost sensitivity signals, and business priorities from a quarterly insurance filing. The insights are framed around pitch positioning — helping the rep understand how to lead the conversation given the customer's current financial situation.

It eliminates the need for reps to read dense financial documents end-to-end. The AI distills 14 to 60 pages into the specific signals a rep needs for the conversation. Reps still review the AI output before the call — they just spend minutes instead of hours on pre-call research.

Video transcript
The next thing I want to show is a whitespace analysis — a way to discover revenue opportunities hiding in your prospect's own documents. Let's say I'm pursuing an insurance company and I'm trying to sell them something. I want to really know what's going on with them. How was their last quarter? What are their financial priorities right now? So I have the 10-Q statement here for a sample company — a large insurance carrier here in America. This is their quarterly statement: 14 pages of financial detail covering what they do and how they do it. I'm a sales person — I'm not going to read all of this. But I do want to know how they're doing so that when I have a conversation with them, I can position myself in line with their actual situation. So I'm going to do this. I have a prompt here — "Ask a question about a file" — a prompt we've created. I'm going to say: give me a summary of the results. I'll click the icon and pull this file that is attached to this record. Now when I run GPTfy, what we're doing is sending this PDF file to an LLM — in this case, Microsoft Azure. Over there, it extracts all the information from the PDF, applies the prompt I just sent, and summarizes that 14-page document into a concise set of insights. The idea of doing this is that I can run whitespace analysis right here. Here are some key highlights of this company — and this is real information the AI was able to pull out of the PDF. You can see that their premiums decreased. Based on this, I can figure out that they are doing somewhat better — they have some decrease in losses — but they may still be very conscious about saving costs. So when I pitch to them, I want to look at this and say: I noticed your last quarter was like this, and here is why our solution makes sense given where you are right now. The point is, you are now enabling your salespeople to be far more intelligent and far more savvy about their customers. And we have all of this automated — you can set this to run for every opportunity automatically. You can run these prompts and populate account intelligence without any manual effort. We're taking all the groundwork that a sales rep would have spent reading 14 to 60 pages of documents and figuring out what's going on — and eliminating most of it. Think about it from an RFP perspective: a customer sends you a Word document RFP, a master service agreement, an end-user licensing agreement. With GPTfy, the possibilities are endless. You can analyze PDFs, Word documents, Excel, CSVs, text files, and more — all from directly within Salesforce.
