GPTfy is available on Salesforce AppExchange.
Step 1: Access the GPTfy Listing on Salesforce AppExchange
Go to the GPTfy listing on Salesforce AppExchange. Here is the Link.
Step 2: Initiate the Installation
Click on Get It Now.
Step 3: Installation Steps
Choose where you want to install the package
Test GPTfy in Sandbox: Click on “Install in Sandbox.”
or
Set it up in Production: Click on “Install in Production.”
Step 4: Installation Steps
- Contact the GPTfy team at info@gptfy.ai for next steps.
Note – Once the installation is finished, you can verify it by going to Setup -> Deployment Status.
Step 5: Assign Permissions
Now, it’s time to give users access to GPTfy.
- Go to Setup -> Home -> Quick Find.
- Search for “Permission Sets” and select “GPTfy Admin.”
- Click on “Manage Permissions”.
- Click on “Manage Assignments” and then “Add Assignment”.
- Select the users who should have access to GPTfy and click “Next.”
- Click “Assign” and then “Done”.
Step 6: Manage Licenses
Now, it’s time to give users access to GPTfy.
- Go to Setup -> Home -> Quick Find.
- Search for “Installed Packages”
- Click on “Manage License” near the SecureGPT Package
- Click on “Add Users.”
- Select the Checkbox against the user, for whom GPTfy license has to be given.
- Choose all the users and Click ”Add” under selected users section.
- Added users will be shown in the licensed users list. Depending on the number of users assigned, the number in used license will get added.
