Conversation Intelligence

AI analysis of sales and service calls — transcription, sentiment, topic extraction, and coaching insights generated automatically from recordings.

Conversation intelligence platforms (Gong, Chorus, Revenue.io, gptfy's voice notes) record sales and service calls, transcribe them, and extract structured insights: topics discussed, sentiment shifts, objections raised, next-step commitments, and competitor mentions. Managers use this data for coaching; reps use it to focus on what works.

The underlying tech stack: speech-to-text (Whisper, AWS Transcribe, Google Speech), diarization to separate speakers, an LLM layer for semantic analysis. Modern systems push insights directly into the CRM — gptfy, for instance, writes call summaries straight into Salesforce Opportunity records and triggers next-step suggestions.
