Create CPQ Quotes. Let the AI Do the Work.
The GPTfy AI assistant creates new CPQ quotes, adds standard and bundled products, and guides configuration through natural language—without leaving the opportunity or quote page.
CPQ quote creation is often tedious and lengthy. The GPTfy AI assistant lets reps create quotes, add products, and configure bundles by asking in plain language; for bundled products it prompts for required options and then adds them to the quote.
What's inside this demo
New Quote and Products
- Ask the bot to create a new quote for an opportunity with term and price book (e.g. 24 month, standard price book); the quote opens automatically.
- Add standard products by naming them in one message; the bot adds them to the quote and confirms.
Bundled Product Configuration
- Request a bundled product without specifying options; the bot returns a configuration flow so you can select the options you need.
- After you confirm, the bundled product is added with the chosen configuration; you can still edit lines manually if needed.
Same Experience in Slack or Teams
- The same create-quote, add-products, and configure-bundle flows work from Slack or Microsoft Teams so reps don't have to switch to Salesforce.
Use this video when
You want to speed up CPQ quote creation and reduce manual product search and configuration.
Reps work in Slack or Teams and you want them to create and update quotes without leaving those tools.
You have complex bundled products and want the AI to guide configuration instead of reps clicking through multiple screens.
Frequently asked questions
The demo shows the GPTfy AI assistant embedded inside Salesforce CPQ. A rep types natural-language instructions to the bot—create a new quote for an opportunity, add multiple standard products, or add a bundled product—and the bot performs the CPQ actions. For bundled products that require configuration, the bot detects the missing options and returns a configuration prompt; after the rep selects the options, the bot adds the configured bundle to the quote. The rep can also edit quote lines manually after the bot builds the initial quote.
The GPTfy AI assistant for CPQ works with Salesforce CPQ (Salesforce Billing and CPQ managed package). It supports standard and custom price books, product bundles, and quote line editing. It is compatible with Sales Cloud organizations that have CPQ installed. The bot does not replace the CPQ data model—it operates on top of it, using GPTfy's skills layer to call the same CPQ APIs that a rep would use manually.
In GPTfy Agent Builder, you create or select an agent configured with CPQ-related skills (create quote, add quote line, configure bundle). You associate the agent with the channels where your team works (the Salesforce UI chatbot, Slack, or Teams). The auto-navigation setting shown in the demo automatically opens the new quote page when a quote is created—this is configurable. Skills can be customized so the bot knows which price books are valid, which opportunity fields to read for default values, and how to handle your specific bundle product catalog.
Yes. The GPTfy AI assistant operates within Salesforce and respects all existing CPQ permissions, sharing rules, and field-level security. The bot can only perform actions that the authenticated user is permitted to do in CPQ. No CPQ data is sent to an external system unless you configure an external AI model (BYOM) for the bot; in that case, the data sent is limited to what the prompt explicitly references. All actions performed by the bot are logged as standard Salesforce audit records and can be traced in the debug log or an AI Audit Log object.
When a rep asks the bot to add a bundled product without specifying configuration options, the bot checks the product's required configuration fields in CPQ. If the product cannot be added in its current state, the bot returns a configuration message listing the available options and asking the rep to select them. Once the rep confirms their selections, the bot adds the fully configured bundle to the quote. This eliminates the multi-step CPQ configurator flow that normally requires reps to navigate several screens, reducing the time to add a complex product from minutes to a single conversational exchange.
Use the in-Salesforce AI assistant (this demo) when your reps primarily work inside Salesforce and want to speed up quote creation without switching context. It is ideal for reps who are already on the opportunity or account page and want to build or modify a quote without navigating CPQ screens. Use the Slack-based CPQ flow (see the CPQ Quote Creation through Slack demo) when your team lives in Slack and you want them to create and update quotes without ever opening Salesforce. Both flows use the same GPTfy skills layer and both support bundled product configuration; the choice depends on where your reps spend most of their time.
