GPTfy - Salesforce Native AI Platform

Create CPQ Quotes. Let the AI Do the Work.

The GPTfy AI assistant creates new CPQ quotes, adds standard and bundled products, and guides configuration through natural language—without leaving the opportunity or quote page.

CPQ quote creation is often tedious and lengthy. The GPTfy AI assistant lets reps create quotes, add products, and configure bundles by asking in plain language; for bundled products it prompts for required options and then adds them to the quote.

What's inside this demo

New Quote and Products

  • Ask the bot to create a new quote for an opportunity with term and price book (e.g. 24 month, standard price book); the quote opens automatically.
  • Add standard products by naming them in one message; the bot adds them to the quote and confirms.

Bundled Product Configuration

  • Request a bundled product without specifying options; the bot returns a configuration flow so you can select the options you need.
  • After you confirm, the bundled product is added with the chosen configuration; you can still edit lines manually if needed.

Same Experience in Slack or Teams

  • The same create-quote, add-products, and configure-bundle flows work from Slack or Microsoft Teams so reps don't have to switch to Salesforce.

Hello everyone and welcome to this demo and we basically are gonna talk about CPQ. So the most of the customers that we talk to you know, nowadays have really expressed how, you know, tedious and a very lengthy process it is to make a simple Quote using CPQ. And that got us thinking to, you know, how we can, using GPTfy assist the end user to make that whole process a little bit more better, a little bit more efficient. So I would like to introduce our GPTfy AI assistant, which is a bot which can be configured inside, you know, your sales force. And I'm just gonna, you know, make a new Quote, brand new Quote for this particular opportunity, you know, under this particular account, a communications. And let's see how this goes. I'm gonna, I'm gonna ask the bot to create a new quote for this particular opportunity with our 24 month term, and it should use the standard price book. And, okay, let's, let's send, alright, so you saw a new page part opened in the background. Right? That was because I have selected an auto navigation inside our bot. So this is a, particularly the new Quote that it created for me once I asked. Right. And you can see it's a fresh quote. It doesn't have any quote line items in it, no products yet. So the next step it's, you know, try adding some products and just through our bot over here and I will add you know, I will try to add three products. Alright, so you can see I'm asking you to add the following to the Quote. You know, one of data guard you know, backup for, and 3 6 5 1 cloud backup for Salesforce. And five data guard, you know, cloud backups for our Google Workspace. So let's add these three items and I hit send again. And I'm gonna stay on this particular page. I'm not gonna particularly refresh it. Alright, so you, it gave us a confirmation that it has successfully added all these three products inside our Quote. Let's hover on the Quote lines and there they are. Right? And you can see, you know, these are the three products that I asked it to add to this particular Quote, and it did it for me. But this is pretty, you know, straightforward. These are standard products and, but you know, most of the large enterprises have products which are, you know, bundled a little bit more complex and they need a bit of configuration, you know, when they get added to the Quotes. So let's add a bundled product now and see how that goes. Alright. I'm gonna try adding one bundled product. This, I'm just gonna enter. I'm not gonna, you know, mention any specifications beforehand. So typically a bundled product, you know, would have a lot of. Configurations that an end rep has to do. And, and in the message I did not specify anything. So now the bot is intelligent enough so it'll, you know, come back because it doesn't have all the information that, you know, this product cannot be added without you configuring it. So it's gonna, it has sent me a configuration message and basically I need to choose what all particular configurations I want in this particular product. So, you know, let's configure, I'm gonna select one of each. So. Right. Okay. And I'm just gonna confirm my selections. It shows that successfully added the bundled product. Let's see, and there they are, particularly those configurations. Let me open the edit lines page so we can see it more clearly. And I'm gonna close this assistant and you can see, you know, the products that I asked our bot to add and didn't have, I didn't have to personally go find products and, you know, add the price book, then add products, and then, you know, configure the bundled product that I added using our assistant. And then you can, you know, here, and if the, you know, end user decides they want to, you know, configure or change something, they can do it from here, right? And this is, you know, the GPTfy AI assistant is not just limited to Salesforce. There. A lot of large enterprises, teams communicate through Slack or, you know, Microsoft Teams and GPTfy Bot can work from those particular channels as well. So whatever I did, you know, created a new Quote, added bundled products, added standard products. You can do it from Slack or Microsoft Teams where your team already works. So they, the need of switching ecosystems again and again also gets eliminated using GPTfy. So. If you wanna see your particular use cases or explore more demos in depth you know, book a demo with us and we would love to have a conversation and thank you so much.
